Paint, print, draw or craft
Constantly doodling on your papers at work? Dreaming of retiring to the country to paint all day? Paid to design for a living but missing the joy and mess of potato printing or collage? Or perhaps you’re an art student longing to show others just what can be done with found objects …
Most of us have the urge to create something beautiful or unique – but not everyone has the opportunity to indulge their inner artist. Many of our partners love to provide crafty activities, but lack the staff or time to run as many sessions as they’d like. So if you have an hour or so to spare, why not bring your creativity to your local community organisation. Stuck for ideas? Anything from making festive decorations, simple collages or beaded gifts can make all the difference to people who rarely have the chance to get creative.
As with all Spots of Time activities, staff at our partner organisations will always be on hand to help, and bring people together to join you in making something wonderful.

When can you help out?
| Friday | 11:00am - 13:00pm | We're often painting and making things, but always on the look-out for new ideas. We'd particularly like someone to come and help us with a mural project - the group is based in a converted railway arch and we want to make our mark on it! | Book a date |
